Cookie Policy
Last Updated: September 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Nealite ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies, pixel tags, local storage, software development kits, and other similar tracking technologies (collectively, "Cookies") on nealite.xyz and any associated subNealites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the practices described in this Cookie Policy.
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website or application places on your computer, smartphone, tablet, or other device when you visit or interact with the Service. Cookies typically contain a unique identifier, the name of the Nealite that set the Cookie, and information about the Cookie's lifespan. When you return to the Service, your browser transmits the Cookie back to the originating server, which allows us to recognize your device, remember your preferences, maintain an authenticated session, and understand how the Service is being used. Cookies are widely used across the internet and are essential to the ordinary functioning of most modern software-as-a-service platforms.
Cookies may be classified in several ways. Session Cookies exist only for the duration of your browsing session and are automatically deleted when you close your browser. Persistent Cookies remain on your device for a predetermined period (which may range from a few minutes to twenty-four months or longer) or until you delete them. First-party Cookies are set directly by Nealite through the Service, while third-party Cookies are set by external service providers whose technologies are integrated into the Service. We also use technologies that are functionally analogous to Cookies, including web beacons (also known as clear GIFs or pixel tags), JavaScript tags, HTML5 local storage, and mobile advertising identifiers. For purposes of this Cookie Policy, such technologies are treated as Cookies, and the controls and disclosures described herein apply to them.
The United States has no single federal statute that governs the use of Cookies. Instead, Cookie practices are regulated primarily by Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act, 15 U.S.C. § 45, which prohibits unfair or deceptive acts or practices, together with applicable state privacy statutes, including the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, Cal. Civ. Code §§ 1798.100 et seq. (collectively, "CCPA/CPRA"), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, Va. Code Ann. §§ 59.1-575 et seq. ("VCDPA"), and the Colorado Privacy Act, Colo. Rev. Stat. §§ 6-1-1301 et seq. ("CPA"). Where the Service is used by children under the age of thirteen (13), the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501–6506 ("COPPA"), and its implementing rules also apply. We are committed to providing clear, conspicuous, and accurate information about our Cookie practices so that you can make informed choices, and we will not make deceptive or misleading statements regarding the collection or use of information through Cookies.
2. Types of Cookies We Use
We use Cookies for the categories of purposes described below. The specific Cookies deployed may change from time to time as we modify the Service, adopt new technologies, or respond to legal requirements. We classify our Cookies into the following categories:
- Strictly Necessary (Essential) Cookies: required for the Service to operate and to deliver core functionality, including authentication and security.
- Functional and Preference Cookies: remember your settings, language, region, interface preferences, and prior interactions so that you do not have to re-enter information.
- Analytics and Performance Cookies: collect aggregated and statistical information about how visitors and customers use the Service, including page views, session duration, feature usage, and error reports.
- Marketing and Advertising Cookies: support advertising, retargeting, conversion measurement, and cross-context behavioral advertising, and may be set by us or by third-party advertising networks.
- Third-Party and Social Media Cookies: placed by our vendors, infrastructure providers, payment processors, support platforms, and social media networks whose features are embedded in the Service.
Cookies may be session-based or persistent. Persistent Cookies generally expire within twelve (12) to twenty-four (24) months, although certain security and preference Cookies may have shorter lifespans. We do not use Cookies to collect information that is not described in this Cookie Policy or in our Privacy Policy, and we do not use essential Cookies for advertising purposes.
Because the United States operates under an opt-out model rather than a general consent model, we provide notice of our Cookie practices and offer you meaningful mechanisms to limit or refuse non-essential Cookies, as described in Sections 7 and 8 below. We honor Universal Opt-Out Mechanisms, including the Global Privacy Control ("GPC"), where required by applicable state law, and we obtain verifiable parental consent before engaging in any tracking of children under thirteen (13) that is subject to COPPA.
3. Essential Cookies
Essential Cookies are strictly necessary for the Service to function and to provide the features you request. These Cookies enable core functions such as user authentication and session management, account log-in and log-out, load balancing across servers, fraud prevention, security monitoring, protection against cross-site request forgery, rate limiting, and the storage of your Cookie preferences. Without these Cookies, requested services cannot be provided, and the Service may not operate correctly or may fail to remember the choices you have made.
Essential Cookies are set by Nealite and are generally session-based, although certain security and preference Cookies may persist for a limited period. We do not use Essential Cookies to build marketing profiles, to serve targeted advertising, or to track your activity across unaffiliated websites. Because these Cookies are indispensable to the delivery of the Service you have expressly requested, they are not subject to opt-out through our preference center; however, you may block or delete them through your browser settings, as described in Section 8.
You should be aware that disabling Essential Cookies may render portions of the Service inaccessible, prevent you from logging in or maintaining a secure session, cause preferences to reset, and result in an interrupted or degraded experience. Nealite shall not be liable for any inability to access or use the Service resulting from your decision to block or delete Essential Cookies.
4. Analytics Cookies
We use Analytics Cookies to understand how visitors and customers discover, access, and interact with the Service. These Cookies help us measure aggregate metrics such as the number of visitors, page and screen views, referral sources, navigation paths, session duration, feature adoption, and technical errors. The information collected is used in aggregated or de-identified form for the purposes of improving performance, diagnosing problems, prioritizing product development, and enhancing the overall user experience.
Where possible, we configure our analytics providers to truncate, anonymize, or de-identify internet protocol addresses and to disable data-sharing features that would permit the use of analytics data for advertising purposes. We do not attempt to identify individual users through Analytics Cookies, and we do not combine analytics data with marketing profiles except where we have provided notice and you have the ability to opt out.
You may limit or disable Analytics Cookies through our Cookie preference center, by adjusting your browser settings, or by installing available browser add-ons offered by certain analytics providers. We also honor GPC signals as a valid opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and, where applicable, of targeted advertising, under the CCPA/CPRA and the CPA. Because analytics data is essential to the security, stability, and continuous improvement of the Service, we encourage you to consider allowing Analytics Cookies; however, the choice remains yours.
5. Marketing Cookies
Marketing Cookies are used to deliver advertisements that are more relevant to you, to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, to limit the frequency with which you see a given advertisement, and to attribute conversions and sign-ups to particular marketing channels. These Cookies may be set by Nealite or by third-party advertising networks, demand-side platforms, and measurement partners, and they may track your activity across different websites and applications over time. This activity is commonly referred to as "cross-context behavioral advertising" or "targeted advertising."
Under the CCPA/CPRA and the CPA, certain uses of Marketing Cookies may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or the processing of personal information for targeted advertising. You have the right to opt out of such sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. You may exercise that right at any time by clicking the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link made available on the Service, by using the controls in our Cookie preference center, or by broadcasting an opt-out preference signal such as GPC through a supported browser or extension. We will honor GPC signals in accordance with applicable law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
You may additionally limit interest-based advertising through industry opt-out programs operated by organizations such as the Network Advertising Initiative and the Digital Advertising Alliance, and through the advertising settings available on mobile devices, which typically permit you to limit ad tracking or reset your advertising identifier. Please note that opting out of Marketing Cookies does not mean you will stop seeing advertisements; it means that the advertisements you see will be less tailored to your interests.
Nealite does not use Cookies to make determinations regarding creditworthiness, eligibility, or any other purpose governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1681 et seq. ("FCRA"). Any information used for FCRA-covered purposes is obtained separately and through FCRA-compliant procedures, and not through the Cookies described in this Cookie Policy.
6. Third-Party Cookies
Certain Cookies on the Service are placed by third parties, including cloud hosting and content delivery providers, analytics vendors, payment processors, customer support and communications platforms, security and fraud-prevention services, and advertising and measurement partners. These providers may collect information about your use of the Service and, in some cases, your use of other websites and applications, in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms. We select service providers that we reasonably believe maintain appropriate data protection practices, and we require our processors to handle personal information consistent with applicable law.
We do not control third-party Cookies, and we cannot control the duration for which they persist or the purposes for which the relevant third party may use the information they collect. The privacy practices of third parties are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review those policies to understand how your information may be collected, used, and disclosed. Where required by applicable law, we obtain contractual commitments from our service providers that limit their use of personal information to the purposes for which it was disclosed to them.
If you choose to interact with integrated third-party features — for example, by using a single sign-on provider, an embedded payment interface, or a social media sharing button — those third parties may set Cookies and may receive information about your interaction. Such interactions are voluntary, and you should review the applicable third party's privacy disclosures before proceeding. Nealite is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of third-party services, and you access them at your own risk.
7. How to Control Cookies
We provide several mechanisms through which you can exercise control over Cookies. Where required or appropriate, the Service displays a Cookie notice or preference center that allows you to accept or reject non-essential Categories of Cookies, including Analytics and Marketing Cookies. You may change your preferences at any time by returning to the preference center or by using the "Cookie Settings" link available in the footer of the Service. Your selections are stored in an Essential Cookie so that we can remember and honor them.
You may also exercise control by using the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link, by enabling GPC in a compatible browser or extension, or by contacting us using the details in Section 10. California, Virginia, and Colorado residents may additionally exercise rights to know, access, correct, delete, and port personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising and certain profiling, as further described in our Privacy Policy. We will not deny you goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality for exercising your privacy rights.
Certain browsers and extensions allow you to transmit "Do Not Track" ("DNT") signals. The Service does not currently respond to DNT signals, as no consensus standard for their interpretation has been adopted; however, we do honor GPC where required by applicable state law. If you disable or delete Cookies, you may need to re-enter your preferences on each device and browser you use, and certain features of the Service may not function as intended.
8. Browser Settings
Most browsers allow you to view, manage, block, and delete Cookies through their settings menus. In general, you can find these controls under headings such as "Privacy," "Security," "Cookies and Site Data," or "Content Settings." Common options include blocking all Cookies, blocking only third-party Cookies, deleting Cookies when you close the browser, and configuring site-specific exceptions. We recommend retaining Essential Cookies and allowing Cookies from nealite.xyz if you wish to use the full functionality of the Service.
You may clear Cookies already stored on your device at any time through your browser settings. Please be aware that clearing Cookies will log you out of the Service, reset your preferences, and remove any stored Cookie choices, requiring you to configure your preferences again. If you use multiple browsers, devices, or profiles, you must adjust the settings for each one individually, as Cookie preferences do not transfer between them.
If you use a mobile device, you may also manage tracking through your device's operating system settings, such as the "Allow Apps to Request to Track" or "Limit Ad Tracking" options, and by resetting your mobile advertising identifier. Disabling Cookies or tracking may affect the availability and performance of certain features of the Service. Nealite does not control and is not responsible for the Cookie settings, features, or defaults of any third-party browser, extension, or operating system.
9. Updates to Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Cookies we deploy, applicable law, or the requirements of our service providers and partners. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Cookie Policy and post the updated version on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any such posting constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated Cookie Policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically so that you remain informed about the Cookies we use and the choices available to you.
Where changes are material — for example, if we introduce a new category of Cookies for a purpose materially different from those previously disclosed, or if we begin using personal information in a manner that requires prior notice — we will provide additional notice as required by applicable law, which may include a prominent notice on the Service or communication to the email address associated with your account. Where applicable law requires consent for a particular practice, we will obtain that consent before implementing the change.
This Cookie Policy is subject to the limitations, disclaimers, and governing law provisions set forth in our Terms of Service and Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between this Cookie Policy and those documents with respect to the use of Cookies, this Cookie Policy controls. If any provision of this Cookie Policy is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right under this Cookie Policy shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND ALL COOKIES, CONTROLS, AND RELATED FEATURES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. Nealite DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY COOKIE CONTROL WILL OPERATE AS DESCRIBED IN EVERY BROWSER, DEVICE, OR ENVIRONMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Nealite AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS COOKIE POLICY, THE USE OF COOKIES, OR ANY THIRD PARTY'S COLLECTION OR USE OF INFORMATION THROUGH COOKIES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS COOKIE POLICY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) OR THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO Nealite FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so some of the foregoing limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in this Cookie Policy limits any right you may have under the CCPA/CPRA, the VCDPA, the CPA, or any other applicable law that cannot be waived by agreement.
